Back in the eighties, I ran outdoors for distance and then did speed work on track in the NW gym. Often I would follow this with a spot of basketball with friends and a bit of racquetball. That was another romantic period in my life- when I really liked a young lady
DK. Unfortunately it was another case of being taken advantage of by a smart and beautiful lady. However optimism still reigns supreme.
