Everyone here has been waiting for the monsoon rains but after a few sporadic showers the heat is back up and the humidity is sweltering. Water is still being used liberally- the question is the long-term effect of water exploitation. Running in this climate is challenging, even if the runner gets up and gets out at 5:00 AM.
