After returning from Salt Lake late last night, I went our for a run this morning. Chicago is experiencing very warm
temperatures, and today the thermometer crossed 70 degrees. I had perhaps the fastest run of recent times, especially given my two-day training on the mountains. It also gave me the tired feeling I have not had in a long time.
